Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Donations

All donations made to Life Save Foundation are voluntary and are generally non-refundable. Once a donation is successfully processed, the funds are allocated to ongoing charitable programs and welfare activities, and therefore cannot be cancelled or refunded.

2. Duplicate or Incorrect Transactions

If you believe a donation has been made in error, duplicated, or an incorrect amount has been charged due to a technical issue, please contact us within 7 working days of the transaction. After verification, if the request is found to be valid, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10–15 working days.

3. Campaign-Specific Donations

Donations made towards a specific campaign, project, event, or sponsorship are non-refundable. If the intended campaign or project is completed, modified, or discontinued, the funds may be utilized for similar charitable objectives in accordance with the Foundation's mission.

4. Tax Exemption

Donations made to Life Save Foundation may be eligible for tax benefits under the applicable provisions of the Income Tax Act, subject to the Foundation's valid registrations (such as 12A and 80G). An official donation receipt will be issued for every successful donation.

5. Refund Request Process

To request a refund for an eligible transaction, please provide your donation receipt, transaction ID, date of donation, and the reason for the request. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and the decision of the Foundation shall be final.
